Why would it take 1.30hr to get served when the restaurant is almost empty. Now I understand why.

Never again... Are you kidding me? Almost 100 euros for this? The service was more than mediocre... And the wine was seriously off... Looking into the kitchen, they were saying, "Are we bored?" Next table forgotten... Meat was more than average... Too bad, Sébastien... Mrs. Landwerlin must be turning in her grave...

We dined at your restaurant last night, and what a disappointment! The setting is magnificent, but unfortunately, that's not enough. The service was very disappointing. The team is made up of young servers who seem to lack supervision. There's clearly a need for a proper restaurant manager to organize the service. The young waitress who took care of our table seemed completely lost and regularly forgot our requests. We ordered a glass of wine with our main course. After the first reminder, we waited, understanding that the restaurant was busy. After a second reminder, still nothing. It was only on the third request that we were finally served… without the slightest apology. In the end, we received our wine almost at the cheese course, which is simply unacceptable. The bill, on the other hand, was particularly high considering the service provided. It's a real shame, because the setting is lovely and the restaurant has potential. But the service organization needs a serious overhaul, and such young servers shouldn't be left to manage an entire dining room without proper guidance. We left very disappointed. Unfortunately, we will not be returning and we will not recommend this establishment.

The food was very good and the service pleasant. We had a good time at the restaurant. However, a huge thank you to the restaurant manager, Naël, who demonstrated great professionalism, attentiveness, understanding, and a genuine sense of service. We had booked a night with dinner included. When we made our reservation, dishes such as foie gras, salmon, and game were mentioned, which naturally led us to expect this type of menu. Upon arrival, we discovered that we only had access to the most basic menu. We explained the situation to him. Naël was able to put himself in our shoes, understand our disappointment, and take the time to listen to our comments. He took our complaints very seriously and promised to pass them on to his management. His attitude was exemplary: professional, kind, and very customer-oriented. Unfortunately, people like him are becoming increasingly rare. Many thanks again to him for his welcome and involvement.

The place is very pleasant, with a great atmosphere. The service is both quick and friendly. The brasserie menu offers unbeatable value for money (€20 for veal tartare + salmon steak + blueberry tart, in very generous portions). In short, a highly recommended spot.
