I don't live in Cernay, but I always enjoy coming to the McDonald's there. I'm writing this email to highlight that during my last visit, despite it being very busy, the staff were friendly. The restaurant and the restrooms were clean, and above all, the staff, especially the manager, Ms. Christelle, were attentive to the children's needs while still providing excellent service. Seeing a child leave with a huge smile on their face was fantastic! Thank you for listening and for your attention.

My boyfriend and I went to the drive-thru hoping for a faster service. It took them 30 minutes to take our order and over 25 minutes to serve us. Not to mention, they didn't take our order properly, and the woman rushed to confirm it with the crowns. I find it really disappointing.
