Lovely setting, good food

I enjoy eating there... The setting is pleasant. There's some nice background music, and you can have a good lunch or a pleasant evening with a variety of good food.

Meh, just another restaurant, nothing special.

This is the second time I've been to this restaurant and I'm disappointed. Paying €17 for a "mixed salad" with warm goat cheese, which consisted of wilted lettuce with a cherry tomato cut into three pieces, a few walnuts, and four small slices of baguette with warm goat cheese, is unacceptable. Having eaten at other restaurants where you had a nice mixed salad and good slices of bread, I was completely disappointed by this restaurant last night.

Very good restaurant, friendly and smiling staff, the food is excellent.

We went to this restaurant in Ensisheim. We ordered two pizzas and a plate of fleischnacka. Unfortunately, halfway through one of the pizzas, we found a hair when we cut a slice. We called a waiter over, who took the pizza but said nothing. At the end of the meal, when it was time to pay, the waiter gave us the receipt, specifying the total. Everything we had ordered was clearly listed on the receipt, except that he told us he was offering us a free aperitif because of the hair in the pizza. We paid without saying anything, but upon closer inspection of the receipt, we realized we had indeed paid for all the aperitifs as well as all the plates. In addition to not apologizing, they told us we were getting a free aperitif when we weren't. Whether it was just bad luck or not, it's the first and last time I'll ever go to this restaurant, which seemed nice. When you work in the restaurant industry, you need to have a minimum level of customer service. Sincerely, Bernard N.

Fantastic welcome at La Diligence! The team found us a table despite the restaurant being full. The decor is lovely and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The service was quick, the portions generous, and the meat was cooked to perfection. The terrace looked magnificent; we'll definitely be back as soon as the weather gets warmer!

Just for a quick morning coffee. The manager brought out the high table and bar stools for us before the official opening time 👍

We arrived without a reservation and enjoyed some excellent tarte flambée. The service was quick.

First and last time in this restaurant. I ordered a tarte flambée with shrimp, it was dripping, the shrimp didn't stay on, the cream wasn't great. Then the service by 2 different waitresses, both gave us angry looks as if we inspired disgust, very unfriendly and very haughty. In any case, I strongly advise against it.
