Palais d'Illzach

I had a lovely time at the Palais d'Illzach. The large parking lot is a real plus; it's easy to park even when it's busy. The food was decent, and the value for money was satisfactory. However, I found the buffet selection rather limited, which is a bit of a shame. As for the decor, the restaurant is truly beautiful, with a pleasant and well-maintained setting that enhances the dining experience. A nice place to spend a pleasant time.

Fresh and flavorful products. Food served piping hot. Crispy fried items. I'll definitely be back.

Really disappointed, not even salad and much less choice than in Morschwiller which is much better.

What a disgrace! I arrived at 8 PM, wanting fish, but there was nothing left. I asked the manager, and he wanted to serve me crumbs with ten times as much thick sauce. Lol. There was no chicken left, nor any fries. To top it all off, I got up to look for dessert, and one of the waiters threw my almost full bottle of Coke and my glass at me. I didn't receive anything else. We will never set foot in your establishment again, and I'm now eagerly awaiting your closure.

A very good experience at Palais d’Illzach. The welcome was pleasant. The buffet was varied and well-maintained, with dishes regularly replenished, which was much appreciated. The food was good and well-prepared. The atmosphere was calm and relaxed, allowing you to enjoy your meal in peace. Special mention goes to the waitress, who was available and attentive throughout the meal. A great place to recommend.

Very quiet and friendly place, I highly recommend this establishment.
