A very bad experience, repeatedly! This is the third time I've been ripped off at Poulaillon Illzach. Each time, the bill is higher than expected: pastries counted twice, incorrect change, or items not ordered added. It can't be a simple oversight anymore; it seems intentional. When I went back to ask for the receipt to check, the waitress was very rude, clearly annoyed, and just said, "There you go, have a good evening," without any apology. I often take the menus, so I'm careful—but this is too much. You really have to systematically check the receipt there; it's not normal.

I came the day before and was told they stopped making crepes at 6:30 PM. I went back the next day around 5 PM and was told they no longer made crepes. I find this unacceptable… Do you have to come at 9 AM to have any hope of getting a crepe?

Correct, but why put a separate bag for each product? It's pointless and can lead to confusion and forgetfulness… especially since the sales assistant doesn't call you back… disappointing

So what can I say about paying over €5 for a "Tuscan" sandwich that's supposed to have pesto and parmesan? I looked everywhere, but the quantity is frankly pathetic! Three measly drops of pesto and four tiny slices of parmesan (see photo). In short, I wanted to try this place, but in the end, I'll go back to the one across from Norauto; at least I won't be disappointed...

The Alsatian baguette wasn't cooked enough (the crumb inside was dense and white, not airy enough, it tasted like defrosted bread). In comparison, the same product bought in Ensisheim was perfect.

Top-notch team, very friendly and always with a kind word. A very dynamic and professional team. Special mention to Jordan and William who do everything they can to ensure the customer has a great experience.
