Very disappointed with my purchase. I bought two baguettes and a slice of mendiant, and what a nasty surprise when I bit into them: there was a piece of paper or plastic inside. It was impossible to identify exactly what it was. This kind of carelessness is unacceptable in a bakery. I won't be back.*

This is supposed to be a chicken wrap. There was lettuce, tomatoes, and sauce… but guess what was missing? The chicken! Shameful. I deliberately took a full-length photo to clearly show that this isn't the end of the wrap: there's simply no chicken filling inside. Just a single slice of chicken, cut in half and placed on top, just to give the illusion that it's a chicken wrap. Frankly, this is taking the mirage.

Excellent bakery with very good products. I must emphasize the quality of the service. Sabina, the sales assistant, stands out for her professionalism, kindness, and helpful advice. Always smiling, attentive, and cheerful, she greatly contributes to making every visit a pleasant experience.

Perfect for lunch and dinner, friendly staff

We entrusted Bianca and her team with the creation of our Italian-style wedding cake, and the result far exceeded our expectations. We dreamed of a large, heart-shaped Italian wedding cake, over a meter long. It was actually two hearts joined together to form one, and the result was absolutely magnificent. The cake was elegant, refined, and perfectly matched my vision. But beyond its exceptional aesthetics, it was above all delicious. We chose two flavors: chocolate for one part of the cake and mango-passion fruit for the other, and both were excellent. Bianca perfectly respected our wish to avoid buttercream, which is often too heavy. The whipped cream was light and delicious, the crunch was absolutely incredible, and the whole thing was perfectly balanced. The red berries placed on top were also very fresh and particularly flavorful. The cake was light, indulgent, and a hit with all our guests. We received so many compliments throughout the evening, and many people asked who had made it. I also want to emphasize Bianca's professionalism and dedication. She was always attentive, patient, available, and offered excellent advice. We met several times to develop this project together, and she truly went above and beyond to meet each of my requests. She even went to Leroy Merlin to find suitable baking sheets to allow us to make this extraordinary cake, which was over a meter long. She also guided us through all the practical aspects: storage, the size of the refrigerator needed, equipment to prepare… Everything was anticipated with care and thoughtfulness. A huge thank you to Bianca and her entire team for their remarkable work. The result was exactly what I had hoped for, even better. A wedding cake as beautiful as it was delicious, which impressed our guests and helped make this day even more special. 10/10, I highly recommend them!

I wish to report the extremely unprofessional behavior of a saleswoman today. During my visit, she was more preoccupied with her personal phone and the sound of Snapchat notifications she was receiving from her colleague than with the customers in front of her. She was chatting, but not with the customers; she was talking to her colleague, who was completely absorbed by the bar where the oven is located. Her attitude was also unpleasant, speaking to us in an aggressive tone and sighing as soon as we entered and looked around, even though we told her we were looking (we don't know the menu by heart, sorry, it doesn't warrant a sigh and a roll of the eyes). She showed a complete lack of consideration, both towards me and the elderly person behind me who was also waiting to have their menu taken. When she gave us our order, we wished her a good day, and she turned away and pretended to attend to someone else. Politeness, please? I find this disrespectful and unprofessional in a business open to the public.
