We tried the all-you-can-eat tarte flambée (one plain, one with cheese, and one with Munster cheese). Unfortunately, the crust was crispy, but the filling wasn't cooked. The cream wasn't set, the onions were practically raw, and the cheese wasn't even melted. The taste was there, but the execution was lacking. We'll still try it, though, because the owner was friendly.

Flammekueche (Alsatian flatbread) served on the terrace. Perfect with a cold beer and a sunny spot. A taste of vacation. Excellent.

The setting was very nice, however, they offered no compensation whatsoever, simply asking us to skip dessert and pay for just the main course without ordering a set menu. We were forced to order the entire menu, which we didn't want, and the desserts weren't fresh. There are much better options in Tignes.
