Au Canon d’Or in Mulhouse is an excellent restaurant. The dishes are delicious, well-presented, and prepared with care. The restaurant is very clean, the atmosphere is warm, and the wine cellar is truly magnificent with a very fine selection. Special mention goes to Angelo, who is always smiling, welcoming, and professional. You feel comfortable from beginning to end. I highly recommend it!

Fine cuisine

If you like marrow bones, this is the place for you. The food is good and the prices are reasonable. Reservations are recommended.

The portions are generous and excellent. The staff is very pleasant. The wine list, of course, is exceptional. The only slight drawback is the noise level. A very pleasant experience. Thank you to all the teams, both in the kitchen and in the dining room.

Everything is great

This restaurant is a little gastronomic gem. My partner and I have been going there for many years now and we've never been disappointed. The staff is fantastic, always attentive to their customers. I'm a huge fan of the chicken supreme with morel sauce and the little potatoes (spaetzle when they're in season), and every time it's an explosion of flavor. Absolutely top-notch.
