We had a wonderful time at La Villa. The service was impeccable from start to finish. A huge thank you to Sezin for her warm welcome, kindness, and professionalism. She was very attentive and helped make our meal even more enjoyable. The dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and of very high quality. We highly recommend La Villa and will gladly return!

We had a very pleasant stay at La Villa, with only a few minor issues regarding service and waiting, but the food was excellent. It's a shame we couldn't enjoy dessert because the guests before us left our table over 30 minutes late... Thank you ☺️

A delightful surprise. During my visit to the Mulhouse Zoo, I certainly didn't expect to be transported to Italy. The quality of the tomato purees and cheeses used for these pizzas is absolutely top-notch! We'll definitely be back, especially since they're open on Sunday lunchtimes. Excellent service and a beautiful dining room with a lovely sheltered terrace.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with smiles and professionalism. The setting is pleasant, refined, and conducive to relaxation. The dishes were as beautiful as they were delicious, prepared with high-quality ingredients and considerable expertise. Each plate revealed balanced flavors and meticulous attention to detail. We had high hopes for this restaurant to celebrate my birthday after seeing and hearing good reviews, but unfortunately, we had a terrible dining experience. The Buffalo Caprese appetizer, costing over €12, was not worth the price at all. It had no flavor, no seasoning; it was just a haphazard assembly with one mozzarella that hadn't even had time to come to room temperature—it was still very cold—one walnut, two pieces of bread with a meager drizzle of olive oil, two slices of onion, and five or six cherry tomatoes. I was also disappointed by the lasagna, which had nothing but the taste of meat, tomato sauce, or béchamel; it was just pure oil. On the other hand, the staff was very welcoming and the service was quick. 😔

The food was excellent, at least I wasn't disappointed by the pizzas. I was disappointed by the service, which was deplorable: no smiles, nothing warm, very rushed, and on top of that, they came to clear our plates when they were still half full (and there was still time before the next seating). We just felt like we were bothering them and that we had to hurry up and eat and leave; it was very unpleasant. I hope the service will improve because it's a shame considering the good food that's served.

We wanted to thank the entire restaurant team for their consistently warm welcome and professionalism. A special mention goes to Sezine, a lovely young waitress who is always so attentive to our needs. Despite her young age, she demonstrates great professionalism, genuine kindness, and remarkable care for the customers. It's also thanks to her hospitality that we return regularly with pleasure. Of course, her colleagues are just as welcoming and pleasant, but it's true that we often deal with Sezine, who deserves to be commended for her work. Well done to her, and best of luck to the whole team!

I agree with many of the comments I should have read before going there. The pizzas are very good, and the terrace is pleasant. Unfortunately, they don't serve alcohol, and knowing all the treasures Italy has to offer in that regard, it leaves a feeling of incompleteness.

I didn't eat there because when I tried to order a glass of wine with my meal, they told me they didn't have any alcohol or beer. I got up and left.

I called the restaurant to report that the extra topping was missing from my takeaway pizza. They put me through to a man who claimed the opposite. At €20 a slice, I just wanted them to admit it. Next...
