Tonight, I had dinner at Maharaja restaurant with my wife and our two children. When we arrived, there were no tables left on the terrace, so we were invited inside to the 1st floor. At that moment, we were the only customers on the 1st floor. We ordered 2 portions of Chilli Chicken, one portion of Kerala prawns, and an extra side of rice for our daughter. We waited for over an hour to receive our order; meanwhile, other customers arrived on the upper floor and were served within 20 minutes max. I brought this to the attention of the waiter who took our order and who had forgotten about us, and in exactly 3 minutes, our food arrived. Although we requested medium spicy, the chicken portions came out mild (not spicy at all), and the prawns were hot. On top of that, the portions were small for an adult. In conclusion, zero empathy for children, or maybe we were just unlucky.
