It was very tasty

I came hoping to discover a restaurant that aspires to be fine dining, but unfortunately, the experience fell short of our expectations. To begin with, the pea purée had virtually no mint flavor. It was dry and tasted like it had been reheated several times. The mojito, prepared by the trainee, was also very disappointing: at €12, one expects a balanced and flavorful cocktail, not a tasteless drink. As for the main courses, the potatoes were overcooked (with fingerling potatoes, you expect a bit of crunch) and the risotto was completely overcooked (even though there weren't even 10 people serving), so there's no excuse. Another regrettable point: at no point were we offered a drink to accompany the main course, which is something one expects in an establishment of this caliber. The most disappointing aspect, however, was the staff's reaction when I shared these comments with them. There was absolutely no acknowledgment of our disappointment: no apologies, no gesture of goodwill, not even a complimentary coffee. A simple sign of consideration would have made a much better impression. It's a shame, because with the prices charged, one expects quality cuisine, attentive service, and above all, greater consideration when customers express their dissatisfaction. In any case, I hope my comment is constructive; the aim isn't to bash you online, but frankly, at the price charged, and for an event where I wanted to treat myself, it was unacceptable. Unfortunately, I might be a bit critical, given that I'm a chef.

The first one to turn 21 wins the Tesla (plus expenses?). Subject to the legal condition of a dilapidated vehicle registration.

A very pleasant place with a lovely atmosphere. The food was truly exquisite, with generous portions and beautiful presentation. The professional and responsible staff were very pleasant.

We came on Saturday, and we were the only ones in the restaurant due to the heatwave. We thought, based on what we'd seen online, that the restaurant was air-conditioned. Unfortunately not, and let me tell you, it was incredibly hot. We expected at least a fan, but there wasn't one... which is a real shame because we decided to stay and honor our reservation (other customers left immediately after feeling the heat). A simple fan would have made all the difference. The young waitress, who is a trainee, is truly very kind and deserves a lot of credit. Well done to her! As for the rest, the dishes are attractive and tasty. But considering the bill, we were left with a bitter taste in our mouths because they didn't offer a little respite from the heat to the few customers who bothered to come, or even just a quick hello from the owner who walked by.

A wonderful discovery! Everything was perfect, from the food to the pleasant and discreet young waitress, right down to the background music. The dishes were excellent! It's the kind of restaurant you talk about afterward because it was so perfect! Well done! 😄

Very disappointed. I went there with colleagues at lunchtime. The first surprise, and a significant one, was the lack of air conditioning (it was 40 degrees Celsius outside). We weren't informed of this when we made the reservation, and there wasn't even a fan. There were only three tables occupied, yet the wait was very long despite the set menu. A waitress who had just started was left to fend for herself without any help from her manager. Regarding the meal, it was aesthetically very pretty but the portions were meager and the food very ordinary. The price, however, was no less impressive: over €20 for a lunch menu. As for the wine offered by the manager, it was a rosé that sells for €2.50 a bottle at Metro... The plants were plastic, the paint and walls were stained and neglected, and the window handles would break off in your hand... In short, avoid it all summer and the rest of the year if you don't want to pay the exorbitant price tag on you.

We were disappointed by our experience; the scallops were overcooked and rubbery. No bread was served with either the appetizer or the main course. The prices are exorbitant considering the quality. However, the presentation of the dishes was elegant. The service lacked experience and knowledge.

A very nice restaurant located on the edge of Mulhouse's city center, with a spacious courtyard. The welcome was friendly. The service was attentive but inattentive, and we searched all evening for even a hint of a smile. The appetizer was very creative and beautifully presented. The quality of the main course (rack of lamb) was completely unconvincing. 80% of the meat was bone. The desserts, however, were of high quality and delicious.
