So I just ordered on Uber and received burnt wings! What's going on? Uber is already expensive, 6 wings for €9, but for them to be burnt? No way! That's outrageous!

I'm giving my opinion here: I ordered through Deliveroo, and it was a disaster. I ordered a breaded escalope with fries (you don't serve any raw vegetables with it? At the price I paid?) and no napkin either? The fries were soggy and warm, like they'd been reheated. The hamburger? Dry, and the bun was thick and hard. I'm very disappointed, especially since it's not the first time I've ordered and eaten from you. At the prices we pay on delivery sites, you could at least respect your customers and provide them with napkins to dry their hands. It feels like you just ignore the deliveries. Very disappointed! I won't be ordering from you again. You need to rethink your approach; customer satisfaction is supposed to be your primary concern, especially in the restaurant industry!

They're all nice, there's a TV and it's a good fast food place to take a girl, everything is calm.
