Perfect as always! A delight, lovely place 💕

Disappointed with our first experience. We ordered a Rucola pizza with Parma ham, arugula, and a tomato base. My daughter ate one slice, and then, for the second slice, she tried to remove the arugula, and to her surprise, there was an insect (a bedbug)... We called the waiter, who didn't understand our dissatisfaction. We explained to him that the bedbug was under the arugula, so it hadn't fallen from the sky... we had to insist he take the pizza back... to bring it back to us, telling us it was fine and that the bedbug had been removed... I had to explain that my daughter wouldn't eat that pizza and that the least he could do was make another one... but by the time we'd been dealing with the waiter, the manager, and the kitchen staff, the other people at the table had finished their meals... so we didn't want another pizza... The waiter seemed very taken aback by our decision... when it came time to pay, the person handling the cash didn't say anything, just noted on the receipt that the pizza was free... I'm not questioning the food, just the team's reaction and especially the fact that they thought it was normal...

Excellent pizza, original. The only restaurant I go to in Mulhouse for pizza. But the little touch that makes it special... their coffee!!!

As a former regular at this pizzeria, what a disappointment! The quality of the food has plummeted: the deli meats are mass-produced and the wines are really not what they used to be. The ingredients were well-chosen before, but now... And the quantity? Okay, there's a crisis, but we still want to leave with a full stomach. The prices, on the other hand, are exorbitant... Why did they change their approach so drastically?

A delightful discovery! The service was very pleasant, the decor lovely, there was a wide selection, and the pizzas were excellent—we had a great time! 🍕 Remember to book!

A beautiful, tastefully decorated place, a lovely atmosphere, and of course the best pizzas, pastas and desserts, good wines and cocktails, and a welcoming smile just like in Italy.

The glowing reviews here misled me, and I see I'm not the only one who's noticed. First and last time I'll ever set foot in this place: The pizzas are nothing special: the dough is elastic, and they don't offer chili oil. The place is too small; you're practically on top of each other. The WORST part was the welcome and the service. I left frustrated and on the verge of tears: We arrived 10 minutes early. It was open, the lights were on, and the staff were there, which is normal, but they told us not to come in and to come back in 10 minutes because they weren't starting for another 10 minutes (makes sense, right?), even though it was raining and windy outside, and there were plenty of empty tables and chairs inside... It was so humiliating that I didn't want to go back. We returned 10 minutes later, the welcome was very mediocre. The service was supposed to take an hour and a half, as advertised, but the drinks didn't arrive until 15-20 minutes later, and the pizzas 45 minutes to an hour later, so we only had 30 minutes to eat, with the waiter constantly checking on us to pressure us into eating faster... unbearable. And to top it all off, when it came time for dessert, we were asked to move and vacate the table to eat it at the counter in the next room! Unacceptable! Degrading! And humiliating! I was so uncomfortable during dessert, with everyone waiting outside, that I expected them to come and tell me at any moment to finish quickly and leave. You simply need to offer longer service times, or organize yourselves differently, instead of treating customers like cattle, rushing through several but giving them record time to eat and leave. Never again!!!! **Not surprised by the response, which is perfectly in line with your professionalism. Treating customers well is a matter of ego according to you, so this reflects YOUR ego perfectly, because you never question yourself. Too used to fake, flattering reviews, you give the impression of an upscale restaurant when you only operate for profit. Good manners and a human touch? Forget about it. What matters is rushing through customers to fill the coffers after kicking them out. A supermarket and a restaurant are not the same thing. You could have easily seated us inside, out of the way, without bothering anyone. And if you want to compare, in a Super U, as you say, nobody rushes you to finish your shopping! Besides, there's a way to say things. And pressuring customers to make their choices doesn't improve the already mediocre situation. Only one coffee was ordered, so if offering you one coffee is so wonderful that you have to mention it, it speaks volumes about your policy, as well as the responses you give to reviews that aren't flattering. If you don't want to correct yourself, that's your prerogative, but I can't lie in a review that will mislead others. A word to the wise.

The pizzas are very good, although not very large and mine was clearly undercooked, but the ingredients are high-quality and flavorful. The place is small and quite noisy, but that suits the atmosphere! The waitress was absolutely lovely and spoke with great enthusiasm about the dishes and drinks on the menu.
