Unstable schedule

Ordered 6 pizzas tonight, received 5… paid for 6. We didn't notice right away. Trusting them… But no, it's impossible to get hold of anyone on the phone. Okay, it's Crazy Tuesday, okay, it's the semi-final, but that's no reason not to have a complete order or even answer the phone for 30 minutes!!!

If only your delivery drivers would respect the rules of the road... Every time you make a delivery on Rue des Sapins in Rixheim, your drivers shamelessly drive the wrong way down a one-way street. Well done, putting other road users (and themselves) in danger. Great publicity for your company. Last infraction, July 6, 2026 at 9:25 PM. Please teach your employees some respect.

Great, I highly recommend one of the best pizzerias in the area, better than the traditional ones, especially in terms of service and information. A big thank you to the female employee who answered my phone on a Monday that was anything but ordinary...

Not a very good experience this Tuesday evening. I simply asked the price of drinks, and since I didn't end up ordering any, the waitress replied in an unpleasant tone: "Like, you're not having a drink?" before leaving without saying anything else. Throughout the entire service, she was haughty and looked down on us. Her colleague then addressed us informally for no apparent reason. When it came time to give us our change, they were even 10 cents short. It's not the amount that bothers me, but the principle. We also waited about 25 minutes for just two pizzas, even though we were told they were coming out. Yet, the restaurant was almost empty. On top of this wait, they got our order wrong. To apologize, they offered us two free drinks, which was nice, but it didn't make up for the rest of the experience. As for the pizzas, they were very disappointing. The goat cheese and honey pizza had goat cheese rinds instead of actual slices or pieces of cheese. The pizzas arrived cold, the crust was hard, and they were frankly difficult to eat. In short, unpleasant service, an unjustified wait, an order error, and cold, poor-quality pizzas. A very bad experience.
