And I'm not talking about 25 kg, I'm talking about 50 kg the first time, the second time the same thing, and now again, I find it. Hello, I always come to Marie Blachère after shopping at Grand Frais to buy bread. I've never been disappointed and have always received friendly service. However, today, May 13, 2026, I noticed that a long-time employee of this chain had committed an unforgivable hygiene error. She was preparing cakes on trays to display on the counter, but then she threw the parchment paper in the trash, opening it with her hand instead of her foot, and pushing the paper firmly to the bottom of the bin. Afterward, she quickly cleaned the work surface by hand and handled the trolleys, etc., without washing her hands. I think a reminder about hand hygiene rules would be essential to raise awareness among your employees. Hoping this feedback will be taken seriously. Sincerely

A pain au chocolat for €1.25 plus a slice of Margherita pizza for €3.30… and I pay €4.85 at the register… I tried explaining to the lady that it wasn't right, but she wouldn't listen and charged me €3.60 for the pizza… honestly, how can anyone be so dishonest?

This is the second time I've been charged more for a product, and when I realize it, I'm told it's not possible to refund the difference...
