A 45-minute wait at 3 PM, and on top of that, the place was practically empty—that's unacceptable. And to end up with cold fries and a half-empty Coke… What kind of image are you projecting, especially for Swiss and German cross-border commuters? The McDonald's locations in Sierentz and Saint-Louis are a disaster. I can't understand why they can't follow the rules of fast food.

Over the past few weeks, there have been a lot of changes in the staff, new faces, and so on. I'm witnessing more and more problematic behavior, such as turning customers away even though the restaurant is still open for another half hour. Personally, I was simply forgotten at the counter, left waiting for my ice cream to be quickly prepared. That's all. I should also add that no employee seems to be rushing to check on the customers waiting foolishly in the hallway. It makes you wonder if they're having a competition to see who can ignore the most customers. The few reliable people this McDonald's can actually count on are the managers, who at least care a little about the customers. The staff clearly needs to be re-evaluated, unfortunately.

We placed a home delivery order this evening and only received the drinks. Mistakes happen, so we were refunded. We then placed a second order, changing the sandwiches. The order arrived, and to our surprise, the drinks were missing this time, and we received our original order, which was completely soggy and cold. They didn't even bother to check our second order; they simply sent us our first order, which was cold and inedible. Their customer service is a real shame.

Arrived at 12:10 PM, left at 12:35 PM. A 20-minute wait for a Fanta, no sweet bread at all. There must be a problem with your machine, and never again a MacFleury.

Very disappointing. This is our second visit and our second disappointment. The restaurant is dirty, the playground is littered with cigarette butts and is in very poor condition. As for the menu, they don't even offer a vegetarian salad. We definitely won't be back.

Shameful McDonald's, avoid it at all costs! You wait 30 minutes at the drive-thru for a kids' meal at 11 am! In this heat!!!! They take their sweet time, they don't even answer the drive-thru window!!! The food is disgusting! Cold!!! Every time I go it's the same story, we wait 30 minutes! Don't go there!!! Avoid it! And the staff is dishonest.

Avoid at all costs!!! On our way back from Basel-Mulhouse airport, we stopped for a quick bite before heading home. At first, I couldn't scan my QR code at the kiosk, so I went straight to the server. After looking at me for five minutes, he decided to wait and come over, only to tell me we couldn't scan it because I'd already paid and it was too late. Strange, because it works at other McDonald's. Following that, we waited almost 30 minutes to finally receive our order without two hamburgers, two double cheeseburgers (which were on the menu…), and the nuggets. I went straight to the counter to point this out, and surprisingly, instead of giving us what was missing, the server seemed convinced we were talking and preferred to go to our table to check everything in detail, as he was sure he'd included everything. I then took the opportunity to order my ice cream (the receipt clearly stated "pick up later"), and the waiter sighed again... Finally, I went to the restroom and noticed that the cleanliness of the dining area matched that of the restrooms—disgusting. I would advise you to go straight home or to a different restaurant altogether.

We came to the McDonald's in Sierentz this evening, June 22nd. Upon arrival, we were told it was closed for an employee night, which is not mentioned anywhere. Thanks for the wasted trip.

Catastrophic service. I placed a Click & Collect order and forgot a McDonald's Croc. I had to ask for it four times and wait 20 minutes to finally get it. As a result, the entire order was cold. Making a mistake is one thing, being unable to correct it quickly is quite another. Non-existent organization and deplorable service. Definitely one of my worst McDonald's experiences.

It's McDonald's, plain and simple. Everything's fine. The staff are friendly and helpful. Nice area. Recommended for a quick stop.
