Refined cuisine, impeccable service, and a warm welcome. It's a pleasure to dine at this restaurant.

On our way to Switzerland, we made a short detour to Sierenz and will definitely do it again. Reserving a table through Google was quick and easy. We found a parking spot right away. We went for lunch on a Friday (12-10 pm) and chose the daily special for €28. By 1 pm, every table was taken, so reservations are a must. With temperatures nearing 40 degrees Celsius outside, the dining room was pleasantly cool. The ambiance is both cozy and rustic. We particularly liked the charming decor, the pleasant acoustics, and the view into the open kitchen, which was very clean and exceptionally well-organized. The restrooms were also spotless. The food was excellent: The starter was a refreshing tomato tartare with burrata. The main course of fish, saffron sauce, saffron potatoes, and snow peas was a real highlight. We could have eaten every last drop of the saffron sauce. To finish, a small blueberry muffin cake with vanilla ice cream was served. A perfect ending. The service was very friendly. At first, it seemed a little awkward with us Germans. With a little help from Google Translate, we were able to communicate well. And in the end, the service was excellent. English was possible, but we wanted to make an effort. In conclusion: great food, excellent value for money, lovely atmosphere, and friendly service. A clear 5 out of 5 stars. This will now be our regular stop on the way to and from Switzerland.

Lunch today for two people, a bottle of wine and two coffees for €110. Everything was perfect, very attentive service. The food was amazing. Great atmosphere. It was Monday and the restaurant was fully booked. We'll definitely be back.

Helpful and welcoming staff. An absolutely memorable culinary experience! The dishes are exquisitely refined. We had lunch on the terrace and were disappointed by the outdoor setting: for a premium establishment, the terrace amenities are far too spartan. The chairs are uncomfortable despite the cushions, and the gravel floor is particularly unpleasant: you quickly end up with gravel in your sandals and heels, and in summer, you certainly don't come wearing work boots! 🤣 A paved area or a wooden deck would be a welcome addition to provide a setting worthy of this excellent cuisine.

A great pleasure every time: everything is delicious (from aperitif to dessert), the wine is smooth and easy to drink, the service is friendly and attentive, the setting has warm colors....BRAVO!

We had a wonderful evening; we enjoyed a truly excellent culinary experience. The waitstaff were very competent and attentive. I highly recommend it.

As regular customers of the Winstub, we've noticed a significant price increase for the lunch menu, which is partly understandable, but if the quality of the food is declining at the same time, there's a problem! In previous visits, the dishes were refined and displayed a certain creativity from the chef, which we didn't find on our last visit. The starter was potato-based, and the main course was a beef parmentier, also potato-based. Has the chef changed, or did we just have an off day? We'll be back as soon as the terrace is open to check, but this is the first time we've left a table feeling so disappointed.
