Hello, several mornings I've had a coffee and asked where the cream puff was. The answer was: not ready yet. Two minutes later, other customers received them, and this happened several times (customers aren't treated equally). This server is very unpleasant. Sometimes they bring it to your table, and other times you have to take it yourself. I was there Monday afternoon (December 22, 2025), sitting near the counter. The person clearing the trays did it with such indifference and noise that I left immediately. The staff is unprofessional. Please improve! Sincerely,

A pleasant surprise, the cappuccino is well-made again, and the young man with glasses is great—quick and polite. Because for a long time, the young staff were a disaster. However, the prices remain exorbitant, often for pastries that are a day old... uh, no.

Great experience at Paul Witenheim! Tanya and Anissa are superb, the service is top-notch, very polite and welcoming.

It's always a pleasure to have a great coffee; the staff and the price are reasonable and not too expensive for a coffee.

Too expensive for products that aren't even that good...

The staff were very warm and friendly. The service was quick, and the waffle was delicious. The young man was very kind and attentive. I highly recommend them.

Extremely expensive for local sandwiches, almost €10 for them and a drink, nearly €4 for a Coke... The tuna sandwich was very salty, which surprised her, and consequently unpleasant to eat; it tasted like salad dressing mixed in. Otherwise, the staff was fine.

I picked up a Too Good To Go voucher worth 3.99. I received a sandwich, a filled mini bread roll, a mille-feuille, and a whole-grain bread, so it was very good value. Plus, the staff were helpful and friendly.

Very friendly and pleasant seller

Very disappointed with my bacon fougasse, which contained maybe two pieces at most! Prices have gone up, but the portions have shrunk! The welcome is good (friendly people), but the service is far too slow (understaffed, in my opinion). So please, bring the quality, service, and prices back up to Paul's usual standards. A regular customer of 15 years!

We were refused service and were told we couldn't even get in. They stopped serving us hot chocolate to eat there. No more service after 5 pm. Shameful!
